提问：USG三年老客户，平台出问题无通知，8.11提款长时间未到

2018年初我就在USG上注册交易，全程手动操作，有一些盈利。今年疫情过后由于工作忙碌没有时间交易，出于对平台和账户经理的信任我基本没开MT4看过。8月份打开软件想交易时发现用不了才知道平台在澳洲出了问题，还要换监管。在此之前平台未在邮箱发送通知，账户经理也从未主动发信息通知过，如今看来是巴不得我忘记了这个账户不会有出金的要求。得知平台有问题后我就申请了出金，进入官网页面后要求必须换监管否则相应出金模块无法使用。出金心切，我就点了换监管，出金10000美金，8月12日显示已经出账。账户经理告诉我两周左右“应该”没问题，不会忽悠我，过往交流感觉人还可以，我爽快的答应了等待两周。不幸，两周后没到，然后账户经理告诉我现在不好说，在攒漏洞，我不大明白，又说消耗的很慢过一周应该可以到。现在第三周结束了，结果呢，依然是谎言谎言谎言。今天账户经理跟我说让我拆分成多笔小金额的再出，我呵呵了，难道再来一轮无尽的等待。在此期间我也不停发送照会和线上客服交流，得到的都是一样的回复：感谢理解，耐心等待。我给了信任和时间，得到了一次又一次的失望，难道还要我继续相信这个平台？是不是要我等待到30年后？现在，恳请外汇110关注我的投诉，同时请熟悉FCA监管及其他法律途径维权的朋友联系我，如能帮我最终得到相应资金，我愿意有偿感谢，金额不会让人失望。最后我只想对平台跟账户经理说一句：从一开始出问题你就没有主动通知，直到现在都还在忽悠，能不能像个男人一样做事？
